Swiss Water LLC (pending) ("we," "us") operates this website and is the controller of personal information collected through it. We are the U.S. licensee of Swiss Water Systems, a brand of Libertarian AG, Hauptstrasse 31, 9476 Weite, Switzerland.

This website does not require an account, does not collect payment information, and does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send you the pricing, availability, and reservation details you requested, and coordinate installation support if you become a customer. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information stays with us and, where relevant to your inquiry, our licensing partner in Switzerland (Swiss Water Systems / Libertarian AG). If you choose our Assisted package, we share what is needed to coordinate your installation with the plumber you contract with. We may also use service providers (such as email and form-processing services) who handle data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

This site currently uses no cookies and no analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on your state of residence (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
